BabyBeats Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed only for BabyBeats classes specified on the listing or agreed upon at the time of redemption.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.

Pre-booking is essential to redeem the gift voucher. Availability of classes is subject to schedule and location.
Bookings made using a voucher must be completed before the voucher expires.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations or changes to a class booking must adhere to BabyBeats’ standard cancellation policy.
Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice may result in the voucher being voided for that session.

BabyBeats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

If the value of the class or service is less than the voucher amount, no change will be given.
If the voucher does not cover the full cost of the class or service, the balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or special events unless explicitly stated.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are only valid in locations stated. 

Unique code can only be used once at checkout of the selected location.

BabyBeats reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
