Our Teachers say....
“Deciding to leave my job within the public sector was really scary, but as soon as I first met Rose, (who saved me from the crazy driving conditions of Leeds on the first day of my training course) I knew I had made the right decision! The course was fun, informative and consisted of everything I needed to get started. After passing my course Rose was always there for every stupid question I could possibly ask. Having never run a business or been self employed I had a lot of questions...and still do, she continues to support me in this amazing venture -BabyBeats™️! Rose continues to help me grow my business. After 12 months I can confidently say I feel I’m ‘doing this’ and doing it successfully! Thanks Rose for everything you and BabyBeats™️ have given me.“

"After owning my successful BabyBeats business for 6 years the natural progression was to then add Mindful Movers parent and toddler classes to my repertoire.
I often get asked “What is there to do class wise for toddlers?” My mums were ready for more options other than messy play, a class which they can do together, enjoy quality bonding time, but not have the big clean up operation afterwards!
The Mindful Movers course was so much fun, and imaginative! It really made me excited to bring Mindful Movers classes to my local area. The training course tutor was knowledgeable, informative and understanding. I really felt at ease to ask if there was anything that I didn’t understand.
I know that I will be well supported with my new venture into Mindful Movers, I know this because of the outstanding support that I have received with BabyBeats.
The biggest benefit for me of owning my own BabyBeats and Mindful Movers franchise is the flexibility. I choose the days I work, how many hours and what time. This all fits around my family life. I choose when I take my holiday days and I plan my days around my family.
All of the BabyBeats instructors that I have met and spoken to are so lovely and supportive. We have a group where we can ask questions and bounce off each other. We all want the best for each other and I think that’s rare to find in business."
Erin - BabyBeats and Mindful Movers Franchisee Wakefield West
Interview with Beki - BabyBeats teacher who expanded into teaching Mindful Movers
What initially drew you towards Mindful Movers?
I was drawn towards developing my skills into Mindful Movers for a couple of reasons. One, because I felt that was a natural progression for the babies as they developed into toddlers to provide a class which continued to support children and their parents during this development. Secondly, parents who came to the end of their BabyBeats time desperately wanted to continue with the style of class I taught. When Mindful Movers was developed by Rose and the BabyBeats franchise I was hugely delighted and was eager to jump on-board with the training.
How long have you been teaching BabyBeats?
I have been teaching BabyBeats for around 4 years now, initially when I wanted to progress my career away from corporate employment I wasn't sure how to do this. With in-depth research I came across BabyBeats and immediately felt that this was the perfect way to go.
Did the course meet the expectations you had before attending? Please let us know why.
I had no expectations as to how the course would go as I had only experienced health-care courses and adult pilates courses previously. All I knew was that I was excited and motivated to learn. The course completely set me up ready to become a BabyBeats instructor and I was supported all the way by the BabyBeats founder, Rose. I trained with Rose face-to-face with a very interactive format, meaning I could really get a feel for how the class was taught and accepted by the participant.
Did you find your course tutor knowledgable?
The course tutor was highly knowledgable and motivated to empower the student to be as passionate about BabyBeats and its ethos as she is.
Do you feel you will be well supported in your new business?
Absolutely. I had never run my own business before and having Rose's support was invaluable. I was able to ask her any question, no matter how silly I felt. She was there to listen to my initial first year jitters and to keep me motivated to continue to work hard. She was absolutely right... it has been worth every bit of hard work to get to what I truly believe is my success today.
After doing your course, what for you stood out as the biggest benefit to joining BabyBeats & Mindful Movers?
Being able to help provide a safe and supportive environment for parents and their children from birth to 12 years old, to nurture their connection and sustain their health...what a privilege that is.
How have you found the team members you have met/spoken to so far?
I have met Rose and also my BabyBeats franchise neighbour Katie, who is just starting out on her BabyBeats journey. It's lovely to be able to support each other in person, but also with the rest of the franchisees in our facebook group. It would be lovely to have a national event to be able to meet all franchisees, share inspiration and motivation and to enjoy getting to know each other.
Please leave any other feedback you would give.
Thank you for creating such a fantastic franchise and for supporting me throughout. I am excited to continue and see where BabyBeats and Mindful Movers progresses to next!
