Why Supporting Women in Business Matters (Especially for Mums)

There’s something powerful that happens when a woman steps into her own business not just for herself, but for her family, her community and generations to come.

For me, supporting women to start their own businesses isn’t just work it’s personal.

I remember when my children were small and I felt completely trapped. I’d worked in fitness studios for years but once I factored in childcare costs, there was barely anything left to show for it. And worse... the guilt. The guilt of leaving my babies. The guilt of wanting to work. The feeling that I should be doing it all and somehow failing at everything.

I felt like I couldn’t win. Not a full time mum. Not a full time earner. Just... stuck.

That invisible weight? That tug of war between home and ambition? I know so many of you feel it too.

And that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping women build businesses that work for them not the other way around.

We understand flexibility. We know what it means to create work around the school runs, the sick days, the toddler meltdowns and the moments we don’t want to miss.

We design businesses that are purpose fuelled and truly ours.

Starting BabyBeats wasn’t easy. But it changed everything for me. It gave me freedom, pride and a chance to help other women rewrite their story too.

Now, through our growing franchise family, I help women start businesses they love with the support and belief that they can do this.

So, if you’re a woman with an idea, a dream, or just that whisper of “surely there’s more than this” I see you.

And I’m here to tell you,
There is more. And it can look exactly how you want it to.
